Very bad reception!!! 5.10. I came with a question regarding my future booking - the receptionist was very nervous and unhappy to talk to me, rude in answers. I had a reservation for next weekends but definitely cancel it - no desire to pay to the company in Gütersloh // new comment after the 31.10. : this time the same lady was very nice and pleasant, I take my 1 star back!

Car advertised told me only on line ( was on car park ) asked for cheap car for 3 days 325 euros ???? went to euro car got one for 120 euro 3days 300kms a day
